My Damaged Valley Game

This does happen from time to time where during manufacturing something got damaged or missed being put in the box. We understand that and want to make your game complete so we will do what we can to get you replacements quickly In order to do this, we fulfill these requests from our home office in Canada, so we get our warehouse facility to ship us games from the USA and we take them apart to replace parts.

We have customers contact us when they have games that arrive with physical damage to the box and components due to shipping. This we cannot control and if we shipped it directly to you then we will contact the shipping company and resolve it. If you purchased your game from an online retailer and it arrived damaged, you need to contact the retailer for a replacement.

When you email us for replacement parts, there are a few things you can put in your email that will help us to resolve it quicker:

-Mailing address you would like the bits sent to

-Phone number we can contact you at with any questions

-The subject line of the email to read "Damaged Bits - (game name)", it's easier to go through those that way

If you have not heard from us or received your missing pieces within 30 days, there is a problem. Your package is either missing or has been returned to us and our email to you is in your spam filter or you get as many emails as we do and you missed it. No problem, we will try again and again until you are happy. We never want anyone to go away unhappy as we want a Valley Game on your table as often as possible!

Finally, we are sorry you got a game with a damaged punchsheet or missing piece, mistakes happen, hopefully not again, we will make it right.
