Shipping Questions

Shipping is a really tricky area as so many things are out of our control and it can be quite frustrating.

We are attempting to simplify this process by only offering future preorders to North American customers. This helps us because shipping and tracking things with the companies you know really helps. Plus, any problems it is easier to communicate in the same language even though people think us Canadians speak differently eh ;)

So for North American customers, we use FedEx for all new orders on larger items, things like dice and small bits we use Expedited Postal services. These we have had great success and very few problems and if there is a problem we have someone we can talk to, to get it resolved.

We will ship to Europe and Asia and Australia, but we are going to use FedEx from now on as we need to have tracking information. We are seeing too many loses when it comes to deliveries and those customers are fed up with the issues. Plus it can take up to 6 weeks some times for things to get delivered. We once had Die Macher sent to Spain and it took almost 7 months to arrive, no joke. So you will see these rates now on our website if you order from there.
